Today, victory volunteers are stepping up to provide positive changes in the health of our clients
Behind every success story, there is a volunteer – someone like you. Times are flexible and training is provided. We have a variety of volunteer positions. If horses aren’t your calling, not to worry, we can use your expertise in many other ways.
Horse experience is helpful, but not required! Our volunteer mentors and staff will provide you with all the training you need to be successful!
New volunteers are always welcome and we are ready to introduce you to our Victory Family!

opportunities
Volunteers at Victory Therapy Center serve in a variety of ways- both horse related and non-horse related. More information and training will be provided, but we have many of our volunteer opportunities listed below:
Class Preparation- retrieving, grooming, and tacking horses prior to class
Side Walker- assist rider with balance and encouragement during class
Volunteer Recruitment- assist the Volunteer Manager in recruiting, scheduling, and record keeping for our Volunteer Force
Administrative- filing, data entry, packet assembly, etc
Special Events Committee- assist in the planning and execution of Victory Special Events like Chisholm Challenge, Rode to Victory, Victory Shootout, Saddle Up with Santa and more!
Public Relations and Marketing- writing periodic press releases or finding opportunities to partner with publications or obtain media coverage, assist our Development team (including the PR donkeys!) at community events in representing Victory and overall recruitment and fundraising
Assorted Services & Projects- cleaning and repairing tack, making arena props, carpentry, painting, electrical or plumbing,
Barn Assistance- mucking and stripping stalls, bathing horses, equipment repair, mowing
Gifts In-Kind- assist in contacting or collecting gifts from businesses
